Ingredients for 4 people

280 gr pasta 200 gr primosale cheese 250 gr cherry tomatoes 100 gr rocket salad 1 courgette Olive oil Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the courgette in small cubes, heat a medium sized pan add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the courgettes quickly for 5 minutes iluntil golden and crispy.

Set aside the courgettes. Wash the rocket salad and the tomatoes and cut them in small pieces. Dice the primosale cheese.

Cook the pasta al dente, drain and pour with the courgettes, sauté quickly, add all the other chopped ingredients, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Serve immediately!
